Reception and booking services are available between 9am and 3pm weekdays. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday with after-hours appointments available through the week on request.

Dr Amanda Ch'ng is an Accredited Consultant and Practitioner of EMDR with the EMDR Association of Australia.
All clinicians are registered with Medicare Australia and can accept referrals under the Better Access to Mental Health Initiative.
You do not need a referral to make an appointment, though a referral from a GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician is required to access Medicare rebates under the Better Access to Mental Health Initiative.
